When you delete a file from your computer then the file store in recycle bin.You can get back your files and folders from there. There are two ways to delete any file-
First,If you delete any file from recycle bin.Then that file must be Permanently Deleted from your hard Disk.(Don't worry you can get back that file).
Second, If you delete any file or folder by pressing Shift + Delete . Then that file also Permanently Delete.

Now, the question is that how to recover permanently deleted files in windows.It is really possible to recover or undelete it.To recover any file you must need a recovery software.In this video I am using recuva professional to get back my Permanently Deleted files.Because recuva is a open source best file recovery software and you can recover you file by using it's free version.After Downloading Recuva, you need to install it.

Remember:When you lost you Data, then please stop accessing that drive.Don't Delete or Save any thing on that Drive.Because when you save or Delete anything from that drive then it just wait to be overwritten.So, I repaid again after losing your data stop accessing that Drive.
