Nothing says fourth of July or summer to me like watermelon. Its juicy sweet and the color scheme decor wise is so bright and happy. I love blending watermelon and fresh mint leaves together for a refreshing treat all summer long. I am BIG into watermelon you could say lol. My kids eat it like its the last thing they will ever eat too and I don't mind because hey its healthy.
