Try this Bin Pakache Rava Ladu — a traditional Maharashtrian-style sweet that needs no cooking after roasting!
Made with just rava, sugar, ghee & elaichi — soft, aromatic, and melts in your mouth.
Perfect for festivals like Diwali, or anytime you crave something homemade & sweet 💛

✨ Ingredients ✨

2 cups rava
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup ghee
1 tbsp elaichi powder


✨Instructions✨ :-

1. Add 2 tbsp ghee in kadhai (from ½ cup total)

2. Once hot, add 2 cups rava & roast on low flame 10–15 mins till fluffy

3. Turn off flame — add 1 cup powdered sugar, mix well (no lumps)

4. Cover & rest 30 mins ⏲️

5. Now add elaichi powder + leftover ghee, mix nicely

6. Grind in small batches for 5–10 secs 🌀

7. Remove from grinder — look at that texture! Perfect binding 🤍

8. Add kishmish & Shape laddus while warm

9. If not binding — add 2 tbsp hot ghee(long shelf life)or warm milk (for 2–3 day shelf life)
