On weekends from January 30th to February 23rd, from Friday 9:45 PM to Monday 5:00 AM, (4) trains were suspended between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and 125th Street because of track and switch replacement north of 125th Street.
(4) trains ran in two sections:
1. Between Crown Heights-Utica Avenue/New Lots Avenue and 125th Street, and via the (6) line to/from 3rd Avenue-138th Street, the last stop, running local in both directions between 125th Street and Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall.
2. Between Woodlawn and 149th Street-Grand Concourse, every 12 minutes days and evenings.
