Описание: Dicamba is a selective systemic herbicide for post-emergence control of broadleaf weeds and is available in several
formulations. Dicamba is registered for use on a variety of food and feed crops, including corn, barley, wheat, and
dicamba tolerant (DT) soybeans. It is also used to control weeds in turf including lawns, golf courses, sports fields,
and parks. Dicamba is a highly volatile chemical that can damage non-target plant species through spray drift
(particle drift) and/or volatilization (vapor drift).

Our ABRAXIS® Dicamba ELISA 96-well plate kit is based on proven ELISA technology using a direct competitive
ELISA based on the recognition of Dicamba by specific polyclonal antibodies. A reaction occurs between the
Dicamba (which may be present in the sample) and the enzyme labelled Dicamba for the binding sites of the anti-
Dicamba antibodies immobilized on the microtiter plate. After the addition of the substrate solution, a color signal
is produced. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the concentration of Dicamba present in the
sample.
