Описание: Andrea Brady’s world was turned upside down in December 2020 when her daughter Jess died suddenly of stage 4 cancer when she was only 27. In the six months leading up to her death, Andrea says Jess had reached out to her GP surgery 20 times and says that none of the four GPs who saw her took her symptoms seriously because of her age. When Jess was on her deathbed she asked her mum to let the world know about her story - and one month after her death Andrea began a campaign called Jess’ Law - a three strike process that would prevent GP’s from overlooking problems just because the patient is young. Today Andrea joins Lorraine live in the studio to share her daughter's story.
