Recipes

Avocado sauce for zoodles
1 avocado
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of fresh basil / cilantro / parsley / herb of choice..
1/3 cup water (more or less depending on desired thickness)

Blend all on high until creamy and smooth.

Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi
1/2 cup cashews (pre-soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
2 pcs garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup water (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (add more if prefered)
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt + pepper to taste
