Here we show you how to install the RainDrain Rock shower drain without any problems. Simply follow the sequence of steps and learn everything you need to know when installing the shower drain from the hansgrohe RainDrain system. The video demonstrates the installation for a tiled shower drain, which is covered with the surrounding material - natural stone or thick ceramic. The uBox universal for RainDrain Rock installation

The RainDrain Rock installation includes the uBox universal (basic set), which we show you in the following section. You customize the concealed drain technology to connect to the shower channel entirely according to the requirements on site. The shower drain, which connects the siphon to the channel, consists of various parts. They are used to adjust the height for floor-level installation, alignment for the drain and optimal sealing. You carry out the installation RainDrain Rock connected to the wall or free in the surface. Pour screed and seal RainDrain Rock

In the next step of the RainDrain Rock installation, pour the screed up to the sealing fleece that you closed over the installation set again in this step. It protects the siphon from contamination during installation. Now carry out the other steps of waterproofing and work the sealing sleeve into the sealant. The final installation of the RainDrain Rock shower drain should create a continuous surface. In some cases, this requires extensions to better handle the future covering of natural stone. You fix the extensions with silicone. Then tile and insert the desired siphon (or Dryphon with increased capacity).
