Lloyd Altamont Thomas Robinson was a jamaican singer best known for the dancehall hit Cuss Cuss, although he is just as well known as a singer of Rocksteady and Early Reggae hits. He died November 5, 2013 in the Kingston Public Hospital. He was 68 years old.
Glen Brown (born circa 1944, Kingston, Jamaica - died 4 October 2019) was a Jamaican reggae singer and producer who ran Pantomine, Dwyer Records, The Rythm Master and South East Music.
Together they managed to create greatest hits in the rhythm and style of the greats 60s.
"Rudies give up" was originally released on SEP Records Blank in 1967. In this time, that great hit appears in the fantastic LP recopilatory Tougher Than Tough / Trojan Rude Boy Sounds of 2022.
