The moment we stepped out of the airport, we were surrounded by timeshare sharks — people aggressively trying to get tourists to attend presentations. We thought we’d escaped the chaos until it happened again at the Budget car rental counter, where the sales pitch continued before we even got our keys.

After navigating the confusion and finally hitting the road, we made it to our resort — Hacienda Encantada — and the stress instantly faded. With ocean views, infinity pools, and calm Baja vibes, it was exactly what we needed after a hectic start.
