SUMMARY:
-Security groups are attached per resource
-Control traffic via Ports, Protocols, IP Addresses
-By default; all inbound traffic is denied and all outbound is allowed
-You can only specify “explicit allow” rules
-You cannot specify “explicit deny” rules
-Many to many configuration: Can attach multiple security groups to one instance or can attach same security group to multiple instances.
(Advanced) Can reference other security groups instead of IP addresses
