Down syndrome is a genetic disorder, where all affected individuals experience cognitive delays but the intellectual disability may be characterized to different degrees.
🌱Ayurveda Tips:
●Make two small Khoya cutlets (Tikki) and place them on the temporal region with the help of a dressing and let them stay overnight.This helps in inducing energy into the neurons.
●Take fresh homemade butter and massage it on the scalp.
●Nasal application of pure cow ghee twice daily. The nasal cavity is connected to a specific part of your brain that directly affects the neurons.

●Brahmi - protects cells and increases chemicals associated with learning and memory
●Shankhpushpi - improves memory by acting as a brain tonic
●Jatamansi - enhances brain functions by preventing cell damage due to its antioxidant property.

Practice opposite ear-holding sit-ups
