Hi ^^ We’re Anne🐷 & Adrien🐭!
We’re a couple who met during our university years. We’ve always supported and motivated each other to study and work hard to reach our shared goal: getting into medical school. And this year, we finally made it! We are now in our SECOND year of medical school.
Through our YouTube channel, we want to connect with new people, share our journey in higher education, motivate others to study—and even motivate ourselves. We know how hard it can be to sit down and get to work.
Sometimes you feel like it’s already too late to start. Or you avoid trying just so you can blame your failure on not working enough—telling yourself it’s not because you’re not smart, just that you didn’t try. Or maybe you’re scared it will be too hard, so you don’t even want to begin.

🎯 Chat Motivation
Feel free to share your study goals in detail for each session. Having a clear goal helps you stay organized, save time, and feel more motivated. Reaching your goals is super rewarding, so aim for goals that require effort but are still achievable.
🧠 Tips to Stay Focused
1. Start small
If you struggle to focus for more than 5 minutes, start with just 5. That’s already better than zero! Usually, the hardest part is just starting. So tell yourself you’ll work for 5 minutes—you might end up doing more, and if not, that’s totally okay. Start with 5 minutes of work and 10 minutes of break. Then increase slowly each day until you find the rhythm that works for you.
2. Set realistic goals
Plan your day with goals that are actually achievable. That feeling of success will motivate you to keep going—and maybe even push you to do a bit more. But always remember to keep it realistic. Feeling like you’ve failed can be very discouraging.
3. Talk to people during your breaks
Taking time to chat helps release pressure and puts things into perspective—like fears about falling behind or not being fast enough.
4. Don’t touch your phone first thing in the morning
Set a goal to work for at least 15 minutes (or even 1 hour) before doing anything else.
