A.L.B.A.'s special TCM for wide range and heavy thicknesses profile is specially designed in order to be used in CC plants for cutting beam blanks, blooms, twin blooms and mini slabs into defined piece lengths.
The machine is mainly equipped with two independent high speed water-cooled torch type ALBACUT with integrated energy saving pilot flames torch and automatic vertical adjustment system to follow the different shape of the profiles and always having the best performance.
The machines is also equipped with granulating system, fluid control system, length measuring system and all the others special features and necessary equipment and safety devices.
Reliability, ruggedness and short cutting times distinguish the A.L.B.A.'s cutting plant.
