Описание: On St Patrick's Day 2022 Rita Connolly gave perhaps her greatest performance of The Spanish Armada, with the NSO at the National Concert Hall, Dublin. The song describes the wrecking of the Spanish Armada on the Western coast of Ireland as seen through the eyes of 16th century chieftain Grace O'Malley. The song was specially re-arranged for the St Patrick's Day concert by composer Shaun Davey who listens alongside the singer. At the time Covid masks are still a requirement.
