Alfheim is the 5th location of the Saplings of Yggdrasil side quest that unlocks in Odin questline of Scandinavia region in Diggy's Adventure.
Complete video showing all tiles, puzzles and bonuses if any.
In alfheim, we have several treehouses here and we have to find which one has the 5th sprout and solve mirror puzzle to get to it. The old man in another treehouse needs a secret recipe of potion in exchange of the travellers stamp.

9:57 - Right treehouse: Moonlight on right door for sprout.
