Going in with some boring this morning!
Ian Sandusky and Lakewood Machine & Tool needed these holes to hold concentricity with the OD and needed to bore them out to a tight spec - so they decided to give these Iscar USA QUICK-3-CHAM triple boring tools a shot.
It looks like a drill, but it’s essentially a three-pronged boring head to open these holes up to where they need to be while maintaining stability.
Chip breakers look good, let’s get this production rolling!
