Cauliflower, broccoli
Béchamel Sauce- cloves, half and onion, a bay leaf, a sprig of thyme, 40g of butter 40g plain flour, 450ml of milk.
To turn your sauce into a cheese sauce add 50g strong cheddar and 1 teaspoon of mustard powder or English mustard. Salt and pepper.
Gratin topping-- 1 slice of bread , 50g cheedar cheese spinkle of fresh parsley.
