This is some of the most asked questions about pottery. But as simple as the questions may sound the answers are actually quite complex.

I do care about food safety but I am not as obsessed about it as some are. I generally think it's much more likely that people get sick, or just decrease their helth, from the crappy, poluted or industrilized food they eat rather than the pottery they put it in.

So I have made this video where I will try and address some of the many pottery food safety issues and hopefully leave you a bit more informed about this topic.
