I walk through the steps to install a Corsa Sport axle back exhaust on a 2009 C6 Chevrolet Corvette.
This can be performed by a single person if you are able to jack up your car high enough and safely to get all four wheels off the ground.
You'll need a few simple tools:
1/2" drive socket wrench
3/8" drive socket wrench
short and long socket extensions
18mm socket (1/2" drive)
15mm socket (1/2" drive)
13mm socket (3/8" drive)
15mm socket (3/8" drive)
18mm deep socket (3/8" drive)
13mm open/closed end wrench
15mm open/closed end wrench
torque wrench
bucket or similar short stand to help hold the exhaust
anti-seize lubricant
penetrating fluid
This process should be the same for the following model years:
2009 2010 2011 2012 2013
