The instrument belonged to Philip Manuel and Gavin Williamson, students of Wanda Landowska, who popularized the harpsichord in the United States. This instrument was the first of four ordered from French piano manufacture Pleyel.
I worked on the instrument earlier today, and was able to get it in decent, playable condition minus 2 strings missing.
The instrument belongs to an anonymous collector, and is located at Piedmont Piano in California
