Using the 4 cable method with a Boss GT100 or similar

Описание: The four cable method allows you to decide where in the signal chain you place effects for the best results. It uses the effects loop in your amp (you need an fx loop to use this method) for delay and modulation type effects while overdrive, distortion, compression and pedal effects like Wah Wah go in front of the amp. Effects processors like the Boss GT100 work really well with this set up for those who want to use their own amp’s preamp sound rather than a modelled amp sound. The unit then becomes a standard kind of pedal board.

In the video I explain what settlings are needed on the GT100 and similar mulit-fx and amp modelling units as well as where the cables go.
