Cross River State Governor, Sen. Bassey Otu, represented by his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, has pledged continuous partnership with the Nigerian Navy to ensure a safe and secure environment for growth and development.
He made the commitment while joining the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, at the graduation of 30 senior officers of the Naval Warfare Course 9 at the Naval War College, Calabar.
