Monthly Grocery Haul Walmart. More like a stock up haul since we were running low on our back pantry items. I was not being very good about buying 1 for now 2 for later. I just used the money I have been saving for a big grocery haul and did a big stock up.
I forgot to show you the sodium for the black beans and kidney bean by Great Value. They both have 10mg per serving so 35mg for the whole can not bad. Plus if you rinse them it cuts the sodium in half from what I was told by a nutritionist.
