Absinthe Spider Highball cocktail is an easy to make, 3 ingredient cocktail built in a glass. This is a really refreshing drink as absinthe and ginger ale mix very well together. Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters and a lemon wheel and you've got yourself a refreshing cocktail with a bit of a kick.
ABSINTHE SPIDER HIGHBALL COCKTAIL RECIPE:
In a highball glass add:
15 ml - 0.5 Oz - Absinthe
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add ice and top up with Ginger Ale
