Showcasing FFmpeg 8.0's automatic transcriptions

I was excited to try out FFmpeg 8.0's new automatic transcription feature, which uses an offline model via Whisper.cpp. The results were mixed and sometimes hilarious, and I thought it'd be fun to share them here.
Overall, it did a decent job. There were times it started hallucinating quite badly - perhaps I wasn't speaking clearly enough, but ... I dunno.
I'm also curious to see how well YouTube's automatic captions will do on this recording. Typically it is pretty good, I feel like it'll do a better job than any of the 3 models I tested here.
