The New Vacant Homes Tax Affecting San Francisco Property Owners

Описание: San Francisco voters approved the #EmptyHomesTax in November, which will tax property owners who leave their units vacant for more than 182 days a year. Condos, lofts, TICs or co-ops in 3 unit buildings or larger need to file with the city every year. If you keep your property empty for more than 182 days, whether consecutive or non-consecutive, you are subject to the #VacantHomesTax.
