What is SIA (Stuck In Active)?
SIA (Stuck In Active) is an EIGRP (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol) error condition where a router fails to receive replies to its queries within the active timer (default: 3 minutes). This usually happens when a route goes "active," meaning EIGRP is searching for an alternative path, but neighboring routers don’t respond in time.

Why is it a problem?
Causes network instability
Leads to route flapping & slow convergence
Can result in unnecessary traffic and CPU load

How to fix it?
Adjust EIGRP timers (active-timer)
Optimize network topology to reduce query scope
