A 12 minute Power Pilates class for you to at home with no equipment, where I will be taking you through a full body routine, focusing on deep muscle activation to help tone ad sculpt the body.
For this workout, focus on your breathing, engage the core and think about the mind muscle connection. Pilates is a great program to do to help think about the deep core, and i really encourage you to connect with your breathing!
