Here is the story behind the song, revealing the context and meaning, from the deep depths of the mountains and forests of North West Argentina. The story was told to me by the Argentine musician and composer Alfonso Pacin, who sings in the recording. The band playing is La Tipica Folklorica, a group created by Alfonso and of which I am part too.
