In both the 2014 and 2018 elections, BRS president and Telangana Chief Minister KCR emerged victorious from the Gajwel constituency. However, this time, his former party member and Huzurabad BJP MLA Eatala Rajender has challenged to successfully contest over KCR in Gajwel. KCR also faces a challenge from Revanth Reddy who is the Telangana Congress chief, to contest in Kamareddy. TNM visits Gajwel to understand public opinion regarding their leader's decision to contest from two constituencies.
