Under a fresh agreement, the Polish Army will support PSE in protecting critical transformer stations, sharing intelligence, conducting joint training, and assisting in acquiring key defensive equipment such as anti-drone systems.

The move comes after a series of sabotage attempts, arson incidents, and drone penetrations that Warsaw has described as acts of Russian “state terrorism.” With more than 16,000 km of high-voltage lines and over 110 transformer stations forming the backbone of Poland’s power supply, authorities are bolstering security to safeguard national infrastructure.
