Pianist, singer and composer Marcos Ariel presents his show This is Bossa Nova at Bottles Bar, located in Beco das Garrafas in Copacabana.
Marcos ARiel is a showman who entertains the audience in English and Portuguese playing, singing, and telling stories and interesting facts about the show's script.
Besides Bossa Nova, Marcos Ariel plays and tells the story of Choro, which is the first musical genre that emerged in Brazil around 1860.
At the end of each show, the pianist receives many compliments and thanks for having shared a great deal of new information about Brazilian music.
The musician performs with the special participation of drummer, sound engineer and music producer Roberto Marques.
Beco das Garrafas is the place where Bossa Nova emerged in the late 1950s.
