In this third week of fully unpacking the gospel we will look at how Jesus is a friend that understands our struggles and encourages us to persevere. We can thrive because we know that we are not alone.
Follow Up Questions:
1.) Have you ever had a friend that just couldn’t relate to you or your situation? How did that effect your ability to grow close?
2.) What does it do for your heart after touching on a difficult or awkward subject, someone genuinely responds with “me too”?
3.) Kyle mentioned several things that Jesus experienced (loss, hunger, being misunderstood, ridiculed, etc) Which most resonated with you and gave you peace understanding that Jesus knows what that is like?
4.) How can you take this new knowledge and walk with confidence while in your times of need?
