This is real life. Bake day can be stressful and very fast paced.
I own a micro-bakery out of Connecticut- we started and had great success doing farmers market. We have resumed porch pickup/ stand pick up as market season is over.
It’s definitely a learning experience as we are not baking at a much lower quantity and it’s hard baking less than what you are used to.
Gardening and sourdough is my passion. I’m a first generation baker, self-taught. I obtained my cottage license last year along with proper certification.
