Описание: Welcome back to another video and in this one we are Prepping for Christmas. EEEEK!!

We are hosting this Christmas and I needed to make a start on the general tidying and getting somewhat organised! I needed you guys to motivate me so hence the cleaning video today!
I decided to do a 2 hour timed clean of the downstairs but dont worry I have edited it into 25 minutes :D

If you are ever struggling with cleaning motivation then consider timers. I started out with this during a period where my depression was bad - I would set a 5 minute timer and just do something in that 5 minutes - loading the dishwasher, putting a load of laundry in or folding one that needed it. I found this really helped me feel better and would often lead to doing more than just 5 minutes! I could then reward myself with a nap :D
