Careddi Supercritical CO2 Extraction Machine Model 20L is lab scale machine,it's suitable for new starter or extraction test.
It has two extraction vessel with capacity of each one is 10liter and two extraction vessel will work in turn.Suppose high value content of raw material is not more than 15%,it will take about 1.5-2h for one batch including loading and unloading time,so there will be 12-16batch per 24h.If you plan to process seeds or roots,it can totally process about 72-96kgs dry milled material per 24h;While if you plan to process flowers or leaves,it can totally process about 36-48kgs dry milled material per 24h;
