Bullying and Harassment in Construction: Not Part of the Job (Scenario 3) | WorkSafeBC

Описание: This short video focuses on the impact of bullying on workers in the construction industry. Part of a series on preventing bullying and harassment in construction, it was created by WorkSafeBC in partnership with the BC Building Trades and Construction Labour Relations Association of BC.

In this educational video we see examples of workers being bullied and harassed in the workplace. Although these examples take place in a construction environment, they’re not exclusive to this industry.

With minimal dialogue, the video invites viewers to imagine the effects on the workers being bullied. It’s a useful tool for health and safety training on bullying in the workplace and it provides examples of what constitutes bullying and harassment.
