FNAF THEORY - Is Vanessa REALLY Vanny? Vanessa and Vanny EXPLAINED (FNAF Security Breach Theory)

Wow is the FNAF lore a mess at this point.

The debate surrounding whether or not Vanessa is Vanny or if Vanessa isn’t Vanny and is a separate person has been a topic of contention amongst FNAF fans after the rooftop ending of Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach seemed to overturn the popularly held theory that the two are one and the same.

Many people have suggested the idea that Vanny/Vanessa’s spirit is bound to the Princess Quest games found throughout Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex by Glitchtrap, or that Vanessa and Vanny are twin sisters or something of the like.

However, with the information we have from the FNAF VR Help Wanted dialogue, the FNAF AR Special Delivery emails, and Vanessa’s therapy sessions on the Retro CD therapy tapes, I think that something else is going on. Something that would make sense if people really are being replaced like I suggest in my video on who Patient 46 from the Retro CDs is, and explain the parallels with Elizabeth Afton aka Circus Baby and Scrap Baby.

Feel free to disagree if you want, but in this video will be what I believe to be a potential solution to the puzzle we receive in FNAF Security Breach going off of my own theories and those suggested by other theorists such as MatPat from Game Theory and others. Hopefully, the answer I give will at least be somewhat satisfying (I’d be very surprised if this theory went over as well as my Patient 46 one lol).

NOTE: For this video, I tried to primarily reference found in the games. However, there is some evidence to be had from content that never made it into the game, such as the leaked emails showing that Luis remains in the IT department even after Vanessa says he's in marketing, Vanessa saying she wants a rabbit cake even though she's shown turning down candy thanks to the calorie count (methinks she isn't asking for that kind of cake for herself), and some elements from the first Security Breach trailer from Vanessa and William Afton's lines. Since these never made it into the final game, I avoid touching on them much in the video, but I do think they're still somewhat relevant in showing the original intentions Scott Cawthon and Steel Wool had for the lore of the games.
