Easy oven baked frozen pork roast

(Frozen) center cut pork roast recipe:
You need:
3-6 pound frozen pork roast..
1- packet of (2 cup) white gravy mix or your favorite....
only use 1-1/2 cups pork drippings instead of the water... Add that to the other 1/2 cup cold water and gravy.
A box of mashed potatoes ( opt.)
(follow directions)
Preheat oven to 375
Spray a 13x9 (4-5) inch deep
cooking pan
Place your frozen roast in pan, fat side up..Season it to your taste. Pour a little water in bottom about a 1/2 cup or so..
Spray roast with non stick spray and cover with foil tight..
Bake 40 minutes per pound because its frozen..
(But always check an hour or so early so you don’t over cook) when meat thermometer reads 145- 150 it's done...
Take out of oven keep covered let rest for 10 minutes before cutting ..
