one of the craziest bike ride of my life
We rode from Manali to Lahaul on a motorcycle, climbing all the way to 14,500ft through snow-covered mountain roads. What looked beautiful from a distance turned into one of the toughest high-altitude bike rides we’ve done.
This is Part 1 of our Manali to Lahaul snow ride series, covering the route through Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel before entering the higher Himalayan roads of the Spiti circuit.
Riding at this altitude means:
• Low oxygen levels
• Freezing winds
• Snow-covered turns
• Slippery mountain roads
• Extreme riding focus
This wasn’t just a scenic ride — it was a real high-altitude motorcycle experience in Himachal Pradesh.
In this vlog:
– Manali to Lahaul bike ride
– 14,500ft mountain road experience
– Snow riding conditions
– Himalayan highway views
– Raw POV motorcycle footage
Part 2 gets even tougher as temperatures drop further.
If you enjoy motorcycle travel, Himalayan road trips, and real adventure riding content, subscribe and follow the journey.
