With this system, the well-recognized benefits of tilt cake cutting (low binder consumption, easy and accurate profiling, clean waste removal around the equipment, no sticking between the blocks from a pusher /counter pusher required in flat cake systems) are combined with extreme precision for the cutting of the product thickness in the horizontal cutter:
• the static cutting wires are replaced by high-speed wires, driven with variable frequency and amplitude over a servo-controlled drive system;
• product quality in accuracy exceeds all standards and is within a tolerance of +/- 0,2 mm, while surface quality is superb;
• cameras monitor the wire positions to detect any wire breaks and eliminate the installation of cutting wires at the wrong position (LED guide the way!)
• reliable equipment for high up-times and efficient production
