Celebrate any occasion with this vibrant, quick, and delicious Indian sweet! Made using milk powder, this barfi is soft, flavorful, and perfect for Holi!
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Ghee
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Green Food Color
Pink Food Color
RECIPE
Add milk powder, milk and ghee to a kadai.
Continue mixing and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the kadai.
Add powdered sugar, cook the mixture till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Transfer to a plate and let it cool down
Divide into 3 parts and color one portion with green and other with pink food color.
Shape the green color into the cylinder and roll white and pink color mixture into a paratha like sheet.
Place the cylinder of the white sheet and roll. Now place it on th pink sheet and roll.
Gently press the roll.
Cut using a thread into small discs.
Rest the barfi for a day or 2-3 hours before serving for better texture.
