The Exe Estuary NCN Route 2, known as the Exe Estuary Trail is a mainly traffic-free, first class cycling and walking route passing through beautiful riverside towns and villages steeped in maritime history. The trail rewards cyclists and walkers with excellent views of the estuary and its abundant wildlife.

The Cathedral city of Exeter lies just four miles away and offers a host of larger stores and leisure facilities. The iconic cathedral is backdrop to Princesshay, home to over 70 of the best high street names together with a mix of smaller well-known retailers.

Other towns including Newton Abbot, Plymouth, Taunton and Torquay are all within easy reach.

Exeter is a thriving business centre and is offering growth and with such a large City close at hand, there is no shortage of employment. With new business parks due to open, there will be opportunities for companies to move to the area and relocate staff.
