श्रमिक कार्ड बनाने वाले निर्माण श्रमिकों को पांच साल पूर्ण होने पर श्रमिक कार्ड का नवीनीकरण करना होता है अगर हम श्रमिक कार्ड को रेन्यु नहीं करे तो श्रमिक कार्ड से सरकारी योजनाओ का फायदा नहीं मिलता है इसलिए श्रमिक कार्ड को renewal करवाना जरुरी होता है ताकि सरकारी योजनाओ में निरंतर फायदे मिलते रहे।
श्रमिक कार्ड से 13 सरकारी योजनाओ में लाभ मिलता है।

2. निर्माण श्रमिक जीवन व भविष्य सुरक्षा योजना
3. निर्माण श्रमिक शिक्षा व कौशल विकास योजना
