Shepherds pie is a very popular English recipe which consists of ground meat topped with a layer of mashed potato. It is an easy dish to make and very filling. Ingredients:
8-10 large potatoes
Salt
250 ml milk
50g butter
1tsp black pepper
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1tsp rosemary
3 garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
500g minced chicken
1 and a half tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp tomato paste
Breadcrumbs
