Ingredients for Prawns Rice:
Rice- 250gms
Salt- 1 tsp
Water to cook Rice.

Prawns/ Shrimps- 500gms when bought but weighs 250 gms after shelling.
Chilli pd- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric pd- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 3 to 4 Tblsps

Prawns masala for Rice:
Garlic- 1 full pod chopped
Ginger- 1 inch chopped
Green chillies- 2 sliced in halves lengthwise
Onions- 2 chopped
Fennel seeds-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 Sprigs
Chopped Coriander leaves a handful.
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Chilli pd- 1 tsp
Cumin pd- 1 tsp
Lime- 1/2

For Raita:
Boiled Potatoes- 2
Curd/ yogurt- 1+1/2 Cups
Oil- 2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Urad dal- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Dry Red chilli- 1
Ginger- 1 cm crushed
Curry leaves-1 Sprig
Asafoetida/ Hing pd- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
