This video I am testing out the best way to apply glow in the dark paints! I have a project coming up that requires glow in the dark paint and trying to figure out the best way to have the colours and the glowing work best!
Now I forgot all about clear coating until now when im editing and uploading but I was thinking theres no way it would work once its clear coated because the point of clear coating is to protect your paint from UV light....which is what glow in the dark paint needs to charge up to then...glow... SO that means I either will not be able to clear coat the project with glow in the paint on it, orrrrr I can paint the picture, clear coat it and then add the glow in the dark paint on top of the clear coat layer.... so keep that in mind if you are trying to figure out how to use this paint too for yourself!
