EASIER CHICKEN CHOW MEIN RECIPE:

T= tablespoon
t=teaspoon

Chicken Marinade:
1/2 t salt
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t ground black pepper

3 garlic cloves, grated
1 T oil
1 T corn starch

1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloin

Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 T soy sauce
2 T dark soy sauce
2 T oyster sauce
1 T hoisin sauce

1/2 t ground black pepper
1 t sesame oil

1 sweet onion
3 green onions
3 garlic cloves
1 t fresh ginger
5 oz. mushrooms
10 oz. Cole slaw mix
2 stalks celery
1 large carrot
1/2 t of salt
1/2 t ground black pepper
6 T neutral oil for frying
