Thanks for watching & all of your support on this journey. 🙏 🌈
note: if I seem happier than normal in an otherwise extremely sensitive video: it's because we had just recently found out we were expecting with our rainbow baby and are over-the-moon.
WHAT I DID:
I ended up DECLINING to have the methotrexate shot and instead opted to try a more natural method instead.

HCG INCREASE: THE TIMELINE & WHAT HAPPENED:
June 7th: spotting & cramping. hCG drawn and was at 117 (I was supposed to be 6 weeks)
June 9th: ultrasound (gestational sac & baby "spotted") . . . but I started bleeding
June 10th to 11th: I began "passing" and miscarrying (and suspected it was complete)
June 14th onwards: I wasn't feeling well. I attributed it to hormones, grief, etc. and this went on for weeks.
June 27th: ended up in the ER (again) - I had a terrible experience, fainted, heart racing, couldn't breathe, fever . . . felt awful. They tested for pregnancy & it was positive. Checked my levels: 356 (nearly triple what they had been at time of miscarriage) . . . doctor's weren't sure if I was still pregnant or RE-pregnant? (I wasn't)
July 2: follow-up ultrasound showed a "mass" (but it was inconclusive and they didn't tell me about it!!!!)
July: hcG increased again but I started drinking carrot juice and it immediately started to decrease. I declined the methotrexate shot.
. . . finally in September my hCG had returned to "0" and normal levels.
